Every session is $100 flat, travel included, up to 4 stamps and no surprise fees. Available evenings and weekends. Here’s what I can help with:

Powers of attorney, healthcare directives, affidavits, I-9 verification, and general document notarization — wherever you are in the Seattle metro.

Deeds, purchase and sale documents, and loan signings — handled with the same eye for detail I use as a real estate broker, so nothing gets kicked back for a missed stamp.

Living trusts, wills, and other estate planning paperwork — signed correctly the first time, at your kitchen table or wherever’s easiest.
